Extended Sensor Integration

⚙️ Smarter and safer stamping – now even more flexible! ⚙️ Building on our intelligent tonnage learning and die protection features, FAM PressGuard can now be expanded with additional sensors for an even broader and smarter protection scope.

• In-die sensors – detect material presence and prevent double hits
• Oil float sensor – monitors lubrication level and provides low-oil alerts
• End-of-coil sensor – detects coil depletion before damage occurs
• Coil tension sensor – monitors strip tension for stable operation

These are just examples — thanks to the flexible architecture of FAM PressGuard, many other sensor types can also be integrated according to your production needs.

All sensors can be synchronized with press angles, allowing full control over when each protection becomes active during the stroke.
