FURNACE AUTOMATION AND REFURBISHMENT

Protective gas atmosphere composition, temperature and time recipes must be run via programmable control systems for all heat treatment operations. This is necessary to work safely, prevent loss of parts, and to comply with today’s certification, quality standards. The existing furnaces are upgraded with new atmosphere probes, instrumentation and management software.
FORM ATILIM MAKINA has been working in furnace control and measurement systems, modernizations, maintenance since early 1990s. 

HEAT TREATMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Furnace production management software is designed to prepare and implement heat treatment recipes. It also trackes and logs the load batch during all operations. The process parameters are stored in real time and a final heat treatment report is prepared in graphical, digital format. Stored data can be checked for statistical evaluations and alarm condition monitoring.

HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE SPARE PARTS

All furnace parts working under harsh conditions of high temperature and mechanical loads are damaged by thermal shocks, fatigue, surface defects. Circulation fans, transfer chains and oxygen probes must be replaced in time.
